any books out there that do not charge a subscription fee or charge per wager and also giev out past performances for free? Thanks
 
no free past performances that i know of. Gotta pay to see the critical info.

anyones take neteller. I dont think tvgnetwork, brisbet, or youbet do? what is the best? ive heard good things about youbet

I USE YOUBET, AND REALLY ENJOY THEM. YOUBET ALSO TAKE'S MOST MAJOR CREDIT CARDS...THEY DO CHARGE A SMALL FEE, BUT THAT IS REAL NICE.

No free past performances at Youbet. There is one though in the usa that if you bet the track at least one $2 bet you get to download program for free. It is brisbet k. So if you bet three tracks and makes at least one bet at each track you get the programs for free.
