Don't technically understand why saying someone is mentally retarded iw wrong. Their brain is incapable of going past a certain learning point. If something is called flame retardant is that wrong or just a fact and what is the case
As azbob said, Jenkins is a bit of a jerk. He was kicked out of Florida because of drugs then
transferred to North Alabama where he never went to class.
