I did a write up for the first 2 fights, but I got distracted and closed out the pages, small bet on

ASKAR ASKAROV -116
(TIM ELLIOTT VRS ASKAR ASKAROV) (UFC 246 - FLYWEIGHT 3 ROUNDS - T-MOBILE ARENA - LAS VEGAS, NEVADA)
I bet this back in December, the line opened at Askar "Bullet" Askarov, -200. Askar "Bullet" Askarov is hightly touted product from Absolute Championship Berkut. Pro MMA Record: 10-0-1 (Win-Loss-Draw) Elliott tore his ACL in June of 2018. He underwent successful surgery on it on June 14. He stated at the time that he expected miss at least a year before he could fight again. Elliott faced Deiveson Figueiredo on October 12, 2019 at UFC on ESPN+ 19. He lost the fight via submission in the first round guillotine choke. "Bullet" Askarov choke game is brutal. This is his best weapon. Elliott faced Ben Nguyen on June 10, 2017 at UFC Fight Night 110. He was submitted with a rear-naked choke in the opening minute of the first round. Non of Tim Elliott wins have been over anyone impressive. Going back to his days in The Ultimate Fighter people have been catching Elliott in guillotine chokes too often, he is a Blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Askarov has been competing in grappling tournaments in russia since he was young. Askarov also has ko power and crazy cardio.

DREW DOBER +250
(DREW DOBER VRS NASRAT HAQPARAST) (UFC 246 - LIGHTWEIGHT 3 ROUNDS - T-MOBILE ARENA - LAS VEGAS, NEVADA)
Both of these fighter have been money trains for me, I'm just throwing a little cash on the odds and a possible upset. Haqparast boxing is what got him to the UFC, but Drew Dober experience and ground game may be the difference, both fighters have TKO power. We saw the best version of Drew Dober vs Marco Polo Reyes, just a awsome fight. I dont know what I'm not seeing that Nasrat Haqparast is as big a favorite by the odds-makers.

TOTAL U1½-180 (MAURICE GREENE VRS ALEKSEI OLEINIK)

The fight is just weird, Aleksei Oleinik is a legend, 71 matches 57 wins 13 losses, World Combat Sambo Champion, but got KO (punch) in .12 seconds by Walt Harris. Maurice Greene The Crochet Boss is 6 ft 7 in, but really sucks. Juan Espino 'El Trota' grazed Greene and he fell, it was really a KO but he lost the fight via a submission in round one. Sergei Pavlovich did more damage to Greene jaw with a sharp jab and then pummeled on the gound while green just grabbed Pavlovich leg untill the fight was stopped. Both of these fighters are damaged, Aleksei Oleinik has more paths to victory, I don't see any way green defends the Ezequiel Choke, if the fight goes to the ground. Maurice Greene KO of Júnior Albini was a gift , Albini just stood there, but that was after Jairzinho Rozenstruik beat the shit out of Albini. Aleksei Oleinik won via submission over Albini in under 2 minutes. One way or the other, this fight will not last long.

Adding more to my ASKAR ASKAROV at -130, the athletic gap between these two fighters is too much for Elliott after his injury. He has only had 3:08 in the octagon in the last 2 years.

Conor McGregor Faces Second Sexual Assault Investigation in Ireland
A second complaint came as the mixed martial arts star waited to see whether prosecutors would charge him in another case.

Oct. 19, 2019

Conor McGregor, one of the biggest stars of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, is being investigated over a sexual assault allegation, the second such case in less than 12 months, according to people familiar with the matter.

The most recent allegation relates to a complaint that a woman in her 20s was sexually assaulted in a vehicle parked outside a Dublin pub last week, according to the people, who spoke on condition of anonymity because of Irish laws surrounding investigations. McGregor, a 31-year-old mixed martial arts fighter who is one of the world’s highest-paid athletes, has not been charged, and the police have yet to interview him about the allegation. He was already waiting to hear whether he would be charged following a complaint that he assaulted a woman in Dublin last December.

The police passed the findings of the investigation in the first case to Ireland’s prosecutor’s office earlier this year. McGregor was arrested in January, questioned by law enforcement authorities and released pending further investigation, per the usual protocol in criminal investigations in Ireland and much of the rest of Europe, where a formal charge does not necessarily follow an arrest.

he allegations have not been proved, and the existence of the investigations does not imply that McGregor is guilty of any crime.

“Conor McGregor is frequently the subject of rumors,” a publicist for the fighter said in an emailed statement. “He emphatically denies any report accusing him of sexual assault.”

A lawyer for McGregor in Dublin did not respond to messages seeking comment.

Born in a tough, working-class section of Dublin, McGregor has helped propel U.F.C.’s popularity worldwide, though he has been involved in a flurry of police cases throughout his career.

Flanked by two bodyguards, McGregor appeared in court last week to answer charges of assaulting an elderly man at a pub in April. That case is still pending, with another hearing scheduled for next month. Security footage purporting to show the incident was leaked to the celebrity news website TMZ.

McGregor has participated in only one U.F.C. fight since 2016, a defeat last October to Khabib Nurmagomedov that ended in disgrace when a brawl broke out between their rival camps at the end of the fight. McGregor announced his retirement from the sport in March, only to hint several times that he would get back into the ring. The UF.C., which did not respond to a request for comment from The New York Times, has not announced any upcoming bouts featuring McGregor.

But you know there was zero value touching that Barber fight unless you played Roxy. Barber has bad striking D, bad TD D and that's what Roxy does. What was the upside?

I wonder sometimes if you think about these things or just pick the big favs because they look good on paper? Nobody should have touched Maycee's ML on that fight last night. It's just gambling 101.
