just opened it up today. most
house will buy anything left, but helped sell out a 1k/block last year so not too worried.

UPDATE JUST ASKED THE HEAD HONCHO about what happens if it doesnt sell out. House will buy up to 25 blocks. If more blocks than that are required, then it will be cancelled and everyone refunded.

I would be surprised if that happens, but anything is possible.
