Here's the first two selections - finishing up with the rest of the card now.

Race 1 - #7 Captain Fofo (8-1) Gets blinkers, a class drop, and the bug boy so will probably be nearer the front today. Puts him in the mix for sure.

Race 2 - #9 Anywhere Road (8-1) Ships in with purpose, flashing a 35.3 first work on the track.

Race 3 - #5 Perspire (8-1) Sticking with the 8-1 ML theme here. Seriously, she should probably be double digits, but I can make a case against all four of the other runners so why not take a shot here? She's had success here as a two-time winner and Jairo knows her.

Race 4 - #2 Draw The Line (12-1) As you can see, I'm just selecting longshots with some upside today. Well-bred gelding gets some weight relief and drops into claiming ranks for 2nd start. Expect improvement, just not sure how much.

Race 5 - #8 Hail Michigan (6-1) Like the horse, hate the name. I'm thinking he's finally at the level he belongs.

Race 6 - #6 Dropkick (10-1) I think Saez is going to provide all these youngsters in this race with a little lesson.Sets up for an exciting three-wide bid in the stretch.

Race 7 - #3 Retro Street (6-1) Starts her 4 year old season in a new barn. A barn that hits at 25% in this situation, by the way. Irad will probably keep the price down more than I'd like, though.

Race 8- #3 Zalza (8-1) I love horses like this. Cheap claimers that always give an honest effort. If you saddle him, he will run. Once again, I'm on Irad - could do worse.

Race 9 - #3 Lavi (4-1) I backed this filly in her last race with the feeling she needed more distance. Well, she gets the mile today - can't wait to see her closing kick.

Race 10 - #2 Truly (3-1) Clement and Maker will draw the money, so maybe I can get fair odds on this girl. She needs to run her best, but all the signs say it's possible.
