Doing some tent camping this weekend. Low is right around 10 degrees.

I love the cold. My girlfriend is telling me I’m going to be miserable. I’ve camped a lot, but never winter camping. We have tons of firewood and blankets. Pretty sure I’ll be in a tshirt by the fire, but she won’t let up. Lol

She’s winter camped before, but she’s also 100lbs. I’m 240. Pretty sure I’ll be good

Actually got hot in sleeping bag. But had so much thermal clothing on

had huge fire. Beer would freeze up

Have good equipment is key - shitty tent, sleeping bag , etc = going home

Used to do a lot of winter camping and hiking. Spent the night on top of a few mountains in New England around 20 below.

I don't in any degree weather.

I love the outdoors and we go hiking, skiing, etc but I also then head back to an air conditioned cabin/hotel/house and take a shower. I love everything about tent camping except the tent!

I think it got down into the 20's one time when I was in Utah hiking and canping.. wasn't prepared enough for it. miserable ..LOL

Camped in the teens. Near the Kankamagus Hghy in NH. Tent. No fire. Froze my ballinis off. My toes almost froze. Had to massage the hell out of them to get the blood flowing again.

Last night was fucking brutal. 10 degrees 3 windchill. We lasted until 2 am, 0 degree sleeping blankets didn’t even help. We slept in the suburban. Be 31 tonight, doable. More so than last night. Lol
