Roger Stone requests a new trial, citing biased juror Tomeka Hart.

    Will he get it?

"I see what you see. I was there when some of this was happening. I take a little more of the belief that Bill Barr is going to bring people to justice. And I think that those that did this, those that intentionally lied to the FISA Court, using the dossier as the sole basis for obtaining what the Court says were warrants that would not have been issued but for the fact of these made-up facts. I think we will see people brought to justice, and I think Bill Barr and John Durham are working on that as we speak and I think that we should have a lot of faith in them."

I'm trying very hard to give Barr the benefit of the doubt here...really trying. But it's not easy when we all know these corrupt Obama-Clinton DOJ-FBI-CIA scumbags should already be behind bars. Mueller knew immediately that there was no "Russia collusion", as we all did. But he and his angry Democrat goon squad still did everything in their power to entrap a duly elected president and ruined many lives in the process.

No equal justice under the law, no America!

sounds as if the crimes Comey and Mccabe are getting a pass for are the lower level tough to indict and convict crimes.. the lying and leaking versions.. If this is the case , I'm fine with it as long as heads do roll with the ongoing investigation

    Jason Chaffetz on Barr. (paraphrasing)
Barr has got to indict someone. Even if he doesn't get a conviction, he has do it.

agree , but going after the smaller crimes might not be the best strategy if you have a bigger ongoing investigation with some of the same fish involved....

WASHINGTON (AP) — Attorney General William Barr has told people close to him he’s considering quitting
his post after President Donald Trump wouldn’t heed his warning to stop tweeting about Justice Department
cases, an administration official told The Associated Press.

I personally think that's fake news but if it isn't good riddance.

He's never going to stop. That's what he gets off on. He absolutely loves poking people in the eye.
If he wasn't doing such a great job I'd say he was a child.

A federal judge on Thursday sentenced Roger Stone, President Trump’s longtime friend, to serve three years
and four months in prison for impeding a congressional investigation of Russian interference in the 2016
    U.S. presidential election.

It looks like it's time for Trump to poke U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson in the eye and pardon Stone.

It will happen at some point. But I would let it play out to see if he gets another trial

That appears to be Trump's strategy also.

One thing for sure Berman Jackson shouldn't be sitting on a bench
anywhere other than a park feeding pigeons.
