Do you know about the new rules? Last year the 4th qtr had 79 points being scored. This year you could easily see on or around 44 points being scored in the 4th quarter, maybe even less. They're adding 24 points to the leaders score(as the target end game score) after 3 quarters and playing without a clock to honor Kobe.
