I have an account at the Sugarhouse SportsBook in NJ. On their site they have banners going across the top that say boosted odds. Today for instance they have Kansas to win by 20 points from +175 to +200. The last several days changed the name of boosted odds to Daily Specials. In any event when you click bet now you don't get the +200 but +175. I was trying to see what was going on and accidentally put the bet through. They refunded the money but that is not the point. They are clearly advertising the boosted prices on the site but don't give them to you when you either attempt or make the bet. Customer Service was no help was just typing answers from a playbook. My friend has the same issue. I am lifetime loser at the SugarHouse and have very little money in there and have never taken a cash out. I still don't know if my account was flagged. I know they are allowed to restrict bets but can they offer different odds to different customers. This is like a bait and switch. If you click a banner that says +175 to +200 that is what you should get. For all I know this is a technical issue but I can't get an answer.

They may have taken it away from you. At Fanduel and Draftkings when they have a price boost for a player such as your +175 to +200, the new line shows +200.

It sucks but yes. In the fine print it has the "we have the right to do whatever the fucke we want", when you sign up. Just use the AC ones like Caesars or William Hill. Hell even Draftkings. If you do either, let me know and ill pm you my username if they do referal bonuses, lol

Well, it's hard to believe but I found out what the issue is. They make you check a box on every bet where they offer boosted odds. They just decided that you have to opt-in to get the better price because most people who bet sports would happily take less money if they had a choice. Every other book says something like was +140 now +175 or they have the lower price crossed out showing you the better price. It reminds me of the old Columbia Record Club mailer where they offered you 8 albums for $11.99 if you signed up but if you checked a box you got 12 albums for $11.99. All customer chat had to tell me was they changed the display format and you have to check a box to get higher odds but they are totally clueless.
