I know the role of the enforcer has diminished the last few years but there
are still some tough guys today who look after their teammates.

Whose your top two or three?

Reaves Wilson

Maybe its their reputation but Tom Wilson (Wash) and Ryan Reaves (Vegas) only have 3 fights each this
season.

Anaheim's Nicolas Deslauriers seems to have more of the old time enforcers mentality as he has dropped
the gloves 12 times so far this season.

**I wonder just how good Pitt's Sidney Crosby could be if he had someone to protect him. He gets hit
more than any great player should...many plain cheap shots with little worry of retaliation.

For some reason every time I see Lucic I see Aaron Hernandez.

I vote for Ryan Reaves.

Milan Lucic is big and tough but he doesn't like to fight. He will drop the gloves but doesn't
have that killer instinct. I think that's one reason Boston got rid of him.

Ryan Reaves will drop them with anyone, anytime. The Dude can hurt you and he likes it.
Not many will mess with Reaves. He pounds on Tom Wilson every time they play.
