I'm 45 and it would be close. I was a CF in college and could run pretty well. My first step (s) aren't what they used to be, but I haven't lost much top end speed.

For 20+ years I've been a PE teacher and coached a lot, and I've stayed in pretty decent shape running and lifting with my players. I've never gone long periods without doing athletic things. IMO that's the key, use it or lose it.

Ran sprints about 6 weeks ago in crossfit - 200's - I was doing well - only losing to the 25 year olds - middle of the third sprint pulled a hamstring - if you are not under 25 do not attempt to run a 40

If it’s 40 feet and straight downhill :):)

Playing and officiating sports has taken its toll on my knees

I could pull this off if there were a box of Krispy Kremes at the finish line!

With my dog leashed & leading I can sprint right about 200 yds and drop to a brisk walking pace without passing out...Age 60 this month

Also still have decent morning woodrows at least five days in seven
