Defensive backs (5 cut yesterday), Tight End (huge need), Wide Receiver, Linebacker, Quarterback. Complete make-over is right.

They absolutely need A LOT in all areas.....perfect starting at the top dumping Gruden.....he did all he could with what was given to him time to move on. But, they'll be in rebuild mode again for some years don't expect much. They will shows signs of improvement and keep improving each game, each season with this new coaching staff. I'm just not a big fan of Daniel Snyder I think his presence just being at the top gives off bad ju ju's throughout the organization

a general manager. they still have not filled the position. they intend to do so after the draft, which means much of the draft will be done by Snyder......he isn't smart enough to let rivera do it. Snyder has control issues and has to have a say in personnel. it has hurt the organization for so long and he still hasn't figured it out. you don't make all these personnel moves and then bring in a gm. no successful team does it that way.
