My clients in Mexico City are all working from home, shuttered up, the schools are closed. I know the socialist president, obrador is an idiot, but the educated people there are taking precautions. The vast majority of the population is not taking precautions and I can tell you that I know there are probably only 1,000 ventilators.

Chinese only leach off of White nations, so Mexico is probably ok
