Get your non-perishable stuff while you can get it, because it won't be there later !

I would think people would buy stuff like canned tuna , and food items with long shelf lives, but no the most important thing to Americans is toilet paper, we are a nation of Al Bundy mentality people !

You pretty much have to buy 20 of something , instead of a reasonable 2, because the next person will hog it up.

I'm a fan of wet toilet paper ( essentially baby wipes ) , to finish the job after a dry wipe.

I'm a big fan of Walmart's Pure'n Gentle refills that cost 98 cents for a package of 90

it's often sold out in normal times, hard to get

UPC is 7128783748 with a 0 way before that number and a 1 way after it.

I went in early and there was like 50 on the shelf, I was tempted to buy them all, but took 12, to leave some for the next person

it is TP if needed, but I use it as a finish wipe between showers, primarily

certain things are essential for me....

lip balm/ chapstick/ carmex, whatever you want to call it

TP and wipes are up there

Food and water, tap water is okay enough

alcohol, like at least a bottle of Dubra

Preppers have it right but Hoarders never have it right. sitting in a rat-infested basement with 2700 piled-up empty bags of dog food along with every NYT paper since 1973 is not the same as having a 3-mo food/water source, growing own food, making own medicine, and a stockpile of guns and ammo

Prob why things are hard to get. A lot of places can still shop normal but when news spread “fear” people go nuts and run and buy out everything knowing the store is restocked and opened the next day and the next and the next
