He has been propping up all of his various ventures by floating on several billion in debt since the early Aughts when he last declared bankruptcy and when North American bankers refused en masse to lend him any more money
And we can now be thrilled at realizing this six-time financial loser (to the tune of billions in unpaid bills) is a financial fiction created by "The Apprentice" television writers and who now has 100% control over the $2.2T federal stimulus package and has used executive pen to state no accountability to Congressional oversight committees
