once a Covid vaccine is available Malthusian-in-Chief, Bill Gates, believes all Americans must get an implantable tattoo that houses their vaccination records. And, only the ones that have met all state-choses vaccines can to school, get a job, use public transportation, or participate in community events.

This "digital certificate" has been developed by several colleges including Rice, MIT, and Stanford and would be a tattoo created with invisible ink that resides under your skin and read by a smartphone app or POS-like barcode reader.

In regards to the whole mark of the beast thing.

Having studied this quite a bit, it's my opinion that most of the events in Revelation are talking about the events around the Romans destroying Jerusalem and the Temple in AD 70, and the "anti-Christ" was the Roman Emperor Nero.

Revelation 1:1 says that the book was written to foretell events that were SOON to come to pass:

The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show to his servants the things that must soon take place.

This view is called the Preterist view:

Preterist view

A common preterist view of the Mark of the beast (focusing on the past) is the stamped image of the emperor's head on every coin of the Roman Empire: the stamp on the hand or in the mind of all, without which no one could buy or sell.[SUP][47][/SUP] New Testament scholar Craig C. Thus each transaction that used such coins was a reminder that people were advancing themselves economically by relying on political powers that did not recognize the true God."[SUP][50]

MIT researchers have now developed a novel way to record a patient’s vaccination history: storing the data in a pattern of dye, invisible to the naked eye, that is delivered under the skin at the same time as the vaccine

The researchers showed that their new dye, which consists of nanocrystals called quantum dots, can remain for at least five years under the skin, where it emits near-infrared light that can be detected by a specially equipped smartphone.

To create an “on-patient,” decentralized medical record, the researchers developed a new type of copper-based quantum dots, which emit light in the near-infrared spectrum. The dots are only about 4 nanometers in diameter, but they are encapsulated in biocompatible microparticles that form spheres about 20 microns in diameter. This encapsulation allows the dye to remain in place, under the skin, after being injected.

The research was funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Koch Institute Support (core) Grant from the National Cancer Institute. Other authors of the paper include Sean Severt, Mache Cruz, Morteza Sarmadi, Hapuarachchige Surangi Jayawardena, Collin Perkinson, Fridrik Larusson, Sviatlana Rose, Stephanie Tomasic, Tyler Graf, Stephany Tzeng, James Sugarman, Daniel Vlasic, Matthew Peters, Nels Peterson, Lowell Wood, Wen Tang, Jihyeon Yeom, Joe Collins, Philip Welkhoff, Ari Karchin, Megan Tse, Mingyuan Gao, and Moungi Bawendi.

You can still find lots of info on these. use duckduckgo to search not google.
