According to a recent survey, the majority of FBS athletic directors support an
expanded College Football Playoff. The current playoff contract runs through
2025. The nation's ADs can then revive the playoff format, expanding to eight,
or potentially 16 teams. Fifty-five percent of ADs would like to see quarterfinal
games played on campus of the higher seed. Since the beginning of the Playoff
in 2014, there have been only eleven participants. Opening the Playoff up would
certainly get more teams involved. It's coming men.

Do you like the current format or would you like to see the Playoff expanded?

You know where I stand on this.

Just curious to know how much of that 88% were P5 Athletic Directors? Curious to know how the athletic directors in the SEC and B1G voted?

I think this happens once the BCS contract runs out.

Just like March Madness. Always exciting when a 15 seed is hanging with a 2 seed

Well of course they would support that- More Seeds = Greater chance to be in= More job security + Bigger Paychecks.
