He's smart, he's partisan and he is funny. The other late night numbskulls are one of those three. I think he sees it slipping away as if he was calling the Democratic shots Joe would be a sure bet. He is not so it is a better bet that Trump will get re-elected versus Joe even makes it to the election with a last-ditch demo change.
