Wondering what everyone else is doing with their travel plans. We have a few trips planned for Vegas / Hawaii in mid June (not looking so good) and St Thomas, VI coming mid July. all 3 trips are refundable up to 72 hrs prior to the trip. June trips don't look so good. Maybe Vegas might open up. Holding out hope for July.


Anyone else planning or holding on to booked vacations for this year?

I’ve planned a few trips with the discounted airfares. But everything’s in the air right now.

I just want them to open the freaking camp grounds. How the fuck can you go in a Walmart, but can’t go camp and hike? Stupid as shit

Didnt have concrete summer plans. Just hoping kids could go to camp.

I care more about hitting Disney (food and wine) in the fall and my cruise later this year

Just learned Connecticut Casinos closed until May 12, beginning to get pissed

Might have to get out of this state before I planned to, sick of bureaucratic incompetence, taxes and the one way street of life. I'm really not going to have much more patience for their ever expanding reach

My only vacation plans are Disney World in September with the grandchildren, don't think that's happening.

I'm sure our trip to the Berkshires every October will be fine, but I'm already getting restless

probably a road trip in the works for me..plenty to see in SW.. Vegas at some point when books are open.. Dallas sometime this summer.. Philippines was suppose to happen by Oct.. but not likely

Neighbors of our place down there were telling me that people are starting to come in with massive numbers. I will be down in 3 weeks.

Got a red blooded American friend that says he hasn't met 1 person in Destin that doesn't say to hell with this BS.

Thing is not sure when restaurants will open , usually hours wait at most, now 50% capacity will be worse , beaches will be so packed as folks have been busting at the seams to go

that 98 traffic from San Destin to Destin bridge will suck

Suppose to go to aruba in july for a wedding. Money was due may 1st... now its moved back a bit. Cant return to work till may 15th at the earliest, so ive been out almost 2 months by then. My work also started a self quarantine policy for 2 weeks right before we shutdown if you travel internationally. Right now not sure if id have enough pto for the wedding let aline if i have to quarantine on my return

Everything is going to be such a hassle and with all the plexiglass and face mask requirements and distancing..it’s still just a hassle to try and enjoy yourself. This summer if fucked unless those asshole Demoncats get out of our fucking way. Families are missing out on moments together. Precious time is wasting.
