Biden didn't say that. What he said was far different. He said if someone was undecided, they "ain't black". Full quote was "If you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, then you ain't black". That clearly means if someone has figured out they are for Trump, then they can be black. Which makes complete sense. How many Americans are still undecided about whether they are going to vote for Trump or Biden? Of those few who still remain, how many are black?

There are definitely a lot of people who will try to take someones words and twist them around as much as possible. You aren't even twisting his words around, you're insisting he said things he did not. Very similar to when Trump said there were "very fine people on both sides" and Liberals insisted he was saying that Nazis and Klansmen were "very fine people".
