Uh-oh, Blubber Boy is getting angrier and angrier at Faux News. Who is he kidding, who else will tongue his balls like they normally do?

Elderly COVID-19 patient
This is very auspicious news:
[h=2]Fox News poll: Biden opens up 8-point lead over Trump[/h] BY JONATHAN EASLEY
A new Fox News poll finds former Vice President Joe Biden leading President Trump by 8 points nationally, with the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee opening up wide leads among independents and older voters who broke for Trump in 2016.
The survey released Thursday finds Biden at 48 percent support and Trump at 40 percent, with 11 percent undecided or saying they’ll support someone else. Trump and Biden were knotted at 42 percent in the same survey last month.
Biden leads by 17 points among voters aged 65 and older and by 13 points among independents.
Exit polls found older voters going for Trump by 7 points in 2016. Trump also won independents by 4 points.
Older Americans are not at all pleased by Donald Trump’s mishandling of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. They know they are the most vulnerable segment of the population, and when Trump seeks to cut corners in responding to the pandemic, and reopening the economy, they know they are the ones who will be most likely to suffer the worst consequences if Trump’s wishful thinking doesn’t work out.

Independents and women are not at all pleased either.
The poll found a massive gender gap, with Biden leading by 20 points among women and Trump leading by 7 points among men.
Doesn’t say much for my gender.

As the nation continues to endure a deadly pandemic, Donald Trump continues to be obsessed over his public image. The death toll is approaching a tragic milestone of 100,000 Americans lost to COVID-19 (coronavirus). And recent studies show that tens of thousands of those deaths could have been avoided had Trump not been so negligent, incompetent, and even deliberately dismissive of the threat.
Trump manages to turn every public public appearance into an infomercial for his 2020 reelection campaign. He simply cannot address this crisis without ultimately referring to himself and what he regards as mistreatment by the media. For the alleged "leader of the free world" Trump sure seems to fall back into a state of paranoid victimhood every time he speaks.
For two days running Trump has also been lashing out wildly at his State TV network (aka Fox News). Anyone who is paying attention recognizes that Fox News is the unabashed propaganda organ of Trump's presidency. But even with the unprecedented loyalty and adulation that Fox pours over Dear Leader, it can never be enough to mollify Trump's acute narcissism. And when Fox is less than sufficiently adoring, Trump unleashes his wrath. For instance, on Thursday he whined that...

Trump apparently thinks that Fox "News" is obligated to "help Republicans, and me, get re-elected." That's how corrupted his concept of journalism is. Not that Fox practices much journalism. But you would have to believe that some of their "reporters" would take offense to being cast as Trump's political lackeys. However, none of them have said so since this tweet was posted. And in Trump's diseased brain, the difference between being "great" and "garbage" is the quality of your bootlicking. Any divergence from total obedience is not tolerated. That's the deranged mindset behind Trump's Friday morning tweet demanding that...

Naturally, Trump regards any negative polling results as "fake" and an offense that serves as grounds for termination. However, his complaint that he's "Never had a good Fox Poll" is an easily provable lie. In fact, he's had many, and he has effusively praised Fox on those occasions. That doesn't mean he won't forget that the moment there is a less positive poll. But Trump wasn't through whining:

If Trump is really interested in examining a variety of polls, he might take a look at the RealClearPolitics poll of polls that averages the most recent published surveys. As of May 22, every single one of them has Joe Biden leading Trump, including CNBC and CNN. However, what's particularly disturbing about this tweet is Trump's shout out to the late Roger Ailes, the former Fox News CEO who was fired due to numerous accusations of sexual harassment and assault. Although, you can't blame Trump for admiring someone so much like himself. And with regard to the findings in the Fox News poll, it is understandable that Trump would be worried. It shows that...
"...voters prefer Biden to Trump 48-40%. Biden wins on on health care by 17 points, coronavirus by 9, and relations with China by 6. Trump is trusted more on the economy by a slim 3-point margin."
Trump's outrage notwithstanding, he will surely continue to show favoritism to Fox News. He has done the vast majority of his television interviews on Fox. He regularly promotes Fox News Trump-fluffers like Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Tucker Carlson, Lou Dobbs, Jesse Watters, Maria Bartiromo, and the "Curvy Couch" potatoes of Fox and Friends. And while he will occasionally exploit other news sources (such as One America News Network - OANN - which some of his big donors have taken a financial interest in) in order to pressure Fox to be more subservient, he will always return to Fox for the ego stroking he craves. And Trump's attacks will be passively tolerated because that's what the Fox News Ministry of Propaganda was created to do.

No matter which poll you look at, Donald Trump is on a decidedly downward trajectory, notes NBC News. The Fox News poll that showed Trump's overall approvals at 49% in April and 48% in March now puts him at 44%. And remember, the thing to look for in any given poll on approvals is the trend line. Fox started out on the high end of approvals and has now come more in line with other polling.
The same is true for the ABC News/Ipsos poll, which was also released in the last 24 hours. Trump's approvals for his pandemic response hit an all-time low since it began tracking in March—39%. Ya love to see it.
Trump's pandemic rating also made a significant drop in the Fox poll, from 51% in March/April to 43% now. Just compare that Dr. Anthony Fauci, for instance, who has a coronavirus approval rating of 74%. Apparently telling people to drink bleach and take a malaria drug that has led to increased mortality rates in coronavirus patients isn't as popular as Trump expected.
In the Fox poll, Biden is now besting Trump by 8 points in the national head-to-head after the two were tied in April (talk about downward movement!). But the overall horse race at the moment isn't necessarily what's most troubling for Trump. Here are a few other data points:

  • Just 20% say the economy is excellent/good while 49% say it's poor
  • As Trump tries to tear down Barack Obama, voters in battleground states have a favorable view of Obama by nearly a two-to-one margin: 64% favorable versus 35% unfavorable (Trump's at 42% favorable/55% unfavorable in battlegrounds)
  • Trump is absolutely sucking wind with the suburban women who helped deliver the House to Democrats in 2018 at 33% favorable/66% unfavorable; Biden is widely popular among the demographic, with 57% favorable/39% unfavorable

Dafinch-now that I am over here with my thread, which was moved from the Rubber Room, I have something to say, namely that I agree with what you

say about the Election and the polling data and have full confidence that if the Election was held today, Biden would win.

Imo it wouldn't be the "greatest landslide in history" as the person who runs the Important Virus Thread says as it applies to Trump DESTROYING

Biden, but it would be clear and decisive.

Keep up the good work!!

Hmmm, ya know, they say elephants have very good memories, but, UNLIKE an elephant, you seem to have "forgotten" that you took an elephant sized cock up the ass, TWICE, during Obama's 8 year run, and, unlike SOME people, those weren't fluke wins. Run along to engage in a circle jerk with your Morons in Crime, Witless Willie and Sheriff Jagoff.^^:):madasshol:bigfinger:fckmad::trx-smly0

Trump has made, and continues to make his reelection unlikely – even in the face of a weak opponent like Biden. Although he is currently trying to deflect American attention from the Covid 19 pandemic, it continues to dominate news cycles. American deaths will pass 100k by Monday, and when a 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] wave kicks in this Fall – a rising death toll will be THE issue; and the lack of American response to the Coronavirus in March and April – when infections exploded in the U.S. – will have Trump trying, pretty much hopelessly, to defend himself. Continuing to blame others – and it’s a long and pretty weak list of villains – isn’t working beyond his diehard base; and when up against huge death numbers as early as October, and an all but shattered economy, swing voters for Trump will be as rare hen’s teeth.

His campaign must retool now; forget what hasn’t worked, and build a narrative around “mistakes were made”, “feeling your pain” and “who’s better at rebuilding the economy”. Get him to friggin stick to the damn teleprompter and stop – for God’s Sake – trying to sell ever weirder conspiracy theories to the mass media. They only make him look like a fool. Let Fox News keep his base happy, and let Biden self-detonate, which he does nearly every time he opens his mouth. As much as the mass media despises Trump, Biden’s on-going dumbness always has their attention.

This is not like 2016. 2020 has an enormous issue which the incumbent needs to face and, at least, partially “own”, if he isn’t lose an election he could still win.

There were PLENTY of times that he ran, Jagoff, not just when Obama won both times, but after hilariously incorrect predictions that scum like Manafort and Flynn would go walk. For that matter, I didn't notice him explaining Twittlers near 100k dead, highest unemployment since the Great Depression, or explaining away Daughter Diddler's stiffing the National Guard, and that's true of YOU, too, Bustyersister's hyman, so....^^:):madasshol:bigfinger:fckmad:
