Kinda ironic that the whitey is named Derek, and the Black dude is a George !

I'll go with second degree murder and 20-25 years as appropriate enough maybe out in 10-12 years, if he survives that long ?

At a minimum Manslaughter and 10 years, and that's going really easy on the guy !

The only reason anyone thinks he is guilty is because it was caught on camera. If we didn't have video of it, his three cop buddies who witnessed it wouldn't have done anything and it would have just been another case of someone dying in police custody. That happens thousands of times per year and there are almost never murder charges for it.

Was Floyd on hard drugs?
Was he alive on the way to the hospital, and when he got to the hospital?
Will the second autopsy, like the first, prove that Floyd was not asphyxiated, no damage to the critical areas allegedly affected by the officer pinning Floyd down?

If it is yes-yes-yes then the officer is innocent of murder, maybe guilty of a light manslaugter crime, so 3 years, serve 18 months, even with Commie Ellison in charge of the prosecution, now.
