I guess Im the only one in here that thinks Caceras will beat Hooper. Hooper is VERY unproven and the biggest overlooked thing to look for in MMA is when you have a young prodigy fighting a veteran with lots of fights. Look at Aaron Pico or the (forget his name) the blood ken doll looking kid that kept losing. I think this is a good live dog at +170

Also love Omalley over 1.5 rounds. Omalley is my favorite fighter, watch and bet all his fights. He'll probably win by decision. Another example of a wiley veteran fighting a prodigy. I think Weiland fights smart and lasts the rounds and losing by dec.

Felicia/ nunes over 1.5 rounds. Nunes should win. She hits like a dude where felicia hits like a chick. With that said, Felicia has a chin as she took some MASSIVE shots from Cyborg. Earned my respect. Nunes wins but after the 1.5

Keep in mind when you all are betting in this event, its a smaller octagon. They are fighting in the UFC sportplex. MUCH smaller ring. Probably going to have more action, more kos.

Good luck everyone.

Had an open parlay that’s been sitting there for a couple of months.....filled it with that winner after reading your write up. Thanks.

I figured id put my picks in one thread to keep the good luck going. Won last week too, but not posted.

Raquel Pettington -180 - Little Juicy, but its my largest bet. The record shows Marion to be the better fighter, but dont let the records fool you. Pettington is a legit brawler that is BALLS deep in learning and becoming a well rounded fighter. She is SUPER tough and has the typical fighters heart. Not to mention shes fought the best. Here are the names of her last 5 fights: Miesha Tate, Amanda Nunes, Randamine, Aldana and Holms. Shes one of those girls that hits like a man and has taken shots with the best. She will not get knocked out, only chance marion has is by decision. But Marion is not as good as her record shows. Shes fought average fighters and by the way, shes 40 years old + and this is her side gig (shes a teacher). Add on how Dana loves Pettington and seems like is highlighting her for success. I dont see Marion winning this fight, if she does, Ill still hold my head high knowing I did the smarter bet.

Lauren Murhpy -108 AVerage bet for me. Its more of a fade on Roxanne. Cant stand her. If you take her passion/heart away, shes a below average striker, below average grappler, below average across theboard. Not to mention shes annoying.

Cortney Casey -107 Average bet for me. Casey it another fighter that has always had matches against top notch fighters. Karate hotty, Angela Hill, Cavillo. Shes done well against them all.

Ill probably have more tomorrow, but this is what i played so far.

I think Rocky cruises to a UD. Good play. Also think Murphy should be favored over Happy.

Not on Casey though. Good luck.

Sorry Dexter, didnt post this last weekend and wish I did as I went 4-1. My only loss was Max who I think should have got that win. In any case, got one for you below and some more for saturday. On the July 25th card, I think i have 3 max bet bets ill be placing when I can.

One good bet for today. I was watching the previous fights for some of these fights today. I love betting on favorites with worse records than their opponant, in the right spots. I think this is a good spot for Jimmy Rivera. I watched his last fight which was against Petr Yan, whom you just watched destroy Jose Aldo. Now it shows Petr Yan won by Unanomyous decision, but when I saw the fight, I think Rivera won round 1 and round 2 was debateable. He also was piecing Yan up pretty well. My point is, Rivera has fought some of the best and held his own. Hes also taken Sterling (who i think will end up beating yan) to decision. Hes fought the best of the best. Check these names out: Yan, STerling, Moraes, Faber, Muhnoz, Almeida, Kelleher. With a 22-4 record, hes legit. I think this is one of those fights that Im ok if I lose the bet as its a solid high percentage bet.
Taking Jimmy Rivera -137

Wont be able to post so Ill throw this out there now. For Saturday 18th, Im betting on Joseph Benevidez +170.
Benavidez in my opinion is going all out. Hes stated this is his last title run, meaning he has to win or career is pretty much finished. The last fight he had with Figueredo, it was a title shot and he didnt make weight, his cardio was off was also fighting with leading with his head. All three aspects arent typically his forte. That fight he was favored -155. My thoughts are if he can correct these odd things, he'll show why he was favored in the first fight. Now we get him at PLUS money bc Figueredo has the belt.
Ill bank on Joseph Benevidez to fix these things out and take the +170

Honorable mention Joe Duffy.
I dont usually bet -300 favorites so wouldnt recomend this unless you are up and can play with house money. Duffy is a diverse fighter that can beat you by KO or on the ground. Hes fought the big names (Connor Mcgreggor, Dustin Porrieir, Vick, Diakese) Hes lost two in a row so he has to turn things around. Usually with the upper tier fighters they do bounce back and hes fighting a guy that is one dimensional and has fought nobody. I havent decided to take this bet yet, but wont be able to post.
