    Publix

Today, each of us is called to do more. Publix will make a $1 million contribution to National Urban League affiliates across the Southeast as we continue our long-standing support for their civil rights efforts.

I've learned something about "police unions" and 18 charges against a cop! Plus I never knew if a cop had trouble in a jurisdiction, he could simply go to another jurisdiction with no follow up. While I still believe the overwhelming majority of police are good people, letting this type of nonsense continue would be Beyond absurd!

I still laugh at how it was first reported he was trying to change his life and was doing so.

Robbery, fake currency, on meth and other drugs, disobeyed the law...…… yep that's improving his life.

He's no hero and certainly no martyr. He was simply a criminal and nothing more to it.

While it was wrong what the officers did, the end result of it all has been a travesty on America and not just blacks as some want it to be.

Just ask the black business owners who had their place looted and burned to the ground. I am sure they feel great about it, they are the victims of this.

Fuck Floyd, life long criminal...….. rot in hell bitch.

Big businesses are not any different they are just covering their asses. Ten million dollars is a drop in the bucket compared to being called a racist
store if they do not give money, so they are obligated to so the ignorant masses will keep shopping there.

All these stores saying they are supporting, or doing something to make change, giving money are just pr moves so they keep the ignorant customers coming in
and the media will paint them in a good light. That is all it is a giant pr campaign, advertising campaign....

Pretty on point, Floyd was not a role model, nor a good person. He was a bad person and a criminal
He should not have died like that but you put yourself in that situation bad things are bound to happen.

While nobody in the country can have a meme-rial service, he gets three. Are you fucking kidding me?

He's bigger that Presidents and war heroes, and police officers killed in the line of duty, he's even bigger than MLK, he's their hope to bring down Trump

We should start selling those shirts and hats on some "woke" site
Free daycare, preschool, college, healthcare, prescriptions, it's all free people. Redirect police funding, navigate away from oil, the Green New deal, pack the SC 😆

Derek Chauvin trial judge denies motions for delay and change of venue, allows limited details on the past arrest of George Floyd.

The Mohammad Anwar video is approximately 10 million times more infuriating and upsetting than the George Floyd video, though of course it has attracted barely a fraction of the outrage and attention

I would generally agree. The problem with BLM and many of these police brutality people is everything is brutality
Not quite as simple in most of these cases. Even more the shootings. You are caught between cops doing a bit too much in some of these neighborhoods because they are proactive and not being proactive and having problems with crime
There will be no easy solution honestly
When it comes to a certain group if you are not proacticve they claim you are racist and don't care about those neighborhoods. If you are more active everything is harassment and brutality
