I am getting too old to try and follow all of that action. It's tough enough finding what damn channel the races are on.

Best of luck today Heat!

Bad break with the late Jones tire down. Know a couple other friends who that crushed as well. NASCAR can be so unforgiving with tires, mechanical issues and competitor problems.

Hang Strong. Next week the craziest of the crazy at Talladega.

Painful way to lose, yes. But lots of bad and good breaks it seems in this sport. Lots of things going on out there.

It was the right play, unlike Stenhouse. Tyler Reddick had a very fast car. And Joey Logano did not LOL.

Yeah, this is probably the toughest sport of all for bad breaks. So many things are out of a driver/team control including but not limited to:

Potential mechanical issues
Flat tires
Pit crew mistakes/malfunctions
Competitor errors directly or indirectly, which result in damage and or an accident
Weather delay/cancellation

Logano seemed okay even though he was complaining about his car in Stage 1. But after he ran into Harvick on Pit Row and they made major adjustments he never recovered. I have to think it was from the damage because they had plenty of time to overcome/reverse the adjustments they had made. Plus Blaney (3rd) and Kez (10th) finished solid.

Overall it was the most uneventful and boring race since the return to racing. That will change as get head to Talladega. It is always crazy at some point.
