Hope he does. If you had to put up with half the degenerates cops put up with every day you’d be pissed too.

His knee didn’t kill him. His drug use and lack of health did him in

Oops. The biggest problem Chauvin has to get over is the visual of kneeling on Floyd's lifeless body. Once Floyd was immobilized, he should have been cuffed and put in the car. I am fine with a murder verdict here and I am the biggest supporter of law enforcement.

I've been saying this since day one:

"While the officers may still be found guilty of manslaughter, the probability of a guilty verdict for the murder charge is low, and the public should be aware of this well in advance of the verdict."

That’s the corrupt controlled media showing the partial video 1,000,000 times.

If the trial isn’t fixed Chauvin has a good chance.

My guess is he'll plead to manslaughter and get substantial jail time, but NOT
a life sentence or even anything close.

If it goes to trial, I'll expect a change of venue. NO way he can get a fair trial
in Minneapolis.

Rabbit hole folks seem to think it was a hit job on some crazy underground shit. I doubt it's TRUE, but all the evidence they put out there seems like it could be a possibility.

The press did an immediate nationwide hit job on Chauvin, omitted all kinds of relevant things (as they always do totally favoring the globalist/SJW/Democrat side).

Official autopsy: no asphyxiation, then the paid TV star fraud who was disproven in the Michael Brown case said it was asphyxiation. All those hard drugs in his body + a heart condition, is not murder beyond a reasonable doubt, no way.

As I have said day 1, something is fishy, something is wrong with the whole damn thing.

Jurors will be terrified. If it is not fixed, Chauvin gets manslaughter, 4 years, out in 1.5, 2.

I cannot see that under any situation - legally, all u have to do is be a factor - the autopsy says the circumstances of the arrest (or something like that) was a cause of death - then he is responsible for his death - I'm stating this in a legal aspect - the judge is going to say to the jury - was the meth, the corona, the H, the heart disease, AND the 9 mins of the knee on the neck factors - the jury has to specifically fine that the knee to the neck played no role in his death - it was a factor by common sense and by the coroner's findings

I mostly agree with you, but still do not think murder can be proven.

When the jury sees how long and hard Floyd resisted arrest, they will understand he had to be restrained with force, before Chauvin arrived. And they will be told how the very large amount of drugs were a factor. Word is he said he could not breath before Chauvin restrained him. The defense will say Chauvin did not think the knee was deadly, that Floyd was a large powerful ex football player high on drugs and had to be restained this way. I hear different reports that the knee to the back of the neck was not allowed by Minneapolis, and also that it is allowed.

Again, this incident does not add up it is suspicious for many reasons... I also wonder if the prosecution really wants this to go to trial.

I will say, if blacks are lying they sure have stayed consistent over a long period of time.
