TVG- LYONS SA Derby controversy??

Seems theres was a big hub bub when Lyons horse won the SA derby. Most didnt give the horse Castleberry much of a shot. Not sure if Frank Lyons bet the horse himself???
Then some sports writer said Lyons horse had no shot for the SA derby?
As far as TVG goes. Most of the handicappers are pretty good. Esp Lyons himself.
Of course, Ken Rudolph must go. The man is a complete idiot about horse racing. We know he is the set up guy on the show but he knows NOTHING ABOUT RACING.
pLUS, he's not very funny to boot.
I pray he never ever picks any of my horses.

Rudolph is OK and from a capping perspective, and he is above average for that crew. Ken Rudolph loves bettig jockeys and mid range bombs so I take his picks with a grain of salt. Todd Shrupp on the other hand is HORRIBLE!!! The sad thing is he is pretty educated and still can't cash a ticket.

Frank Lyons did admitt he bet his horse. Earlier in the week he said his horse was going to run good. He also said he felt some of the horses in that field would regress in which they did and even guaranteed his horse would'nt run last. The writer who said he had no chance was a friend of Frank Lyons and was just giving him shit.

rudolph just doesnt know racing at all.
Its a joke when he says anything about the sport of racing. Lyons is the main handicapper on the show. His opinion I value.
