Before I go outside for a little exercise, I want to thank each and every one of you who respond to my posts in the Poly Forum as it gives me

an opportunity in turn to respond to you.

You know folks like me in their seventies need to keep our minds active as much as they can in order to prevent some of those evil diseases which come

with advancing age(yeah I know Joe Biden and also Donald Trump lol).

What better and enjoyable way to do so than in this section of the Forum, although in all honesty, some(not all) of your folks really aren't all that much

of a challenge!
