Marina Rodriguez vs. Carla Esparza is now off of the July 11 show in Abu Dhabi after one of Rodriguez’s corners tested positive for the virus, sources told MMA Fighting. Rodriguez’s test came back negative, but the UFC opted to remove her from Friday night's chartered flight from Sao Paulo to Abu Dhabi.
Given the restriction of flights to United Arab Emirates due to the coronavirus pandemic, the UFC will likely postpone the match to a later date instead of looking for a new opponent for "The Cookie Monster" at UFC 251.

Sources say the talks aren't close to being finalized yet but they are ongoing and both sides believe there is a path to making this fight happen

Kamaru Usman and Jorge Masvidal have agreed to fight in Saturday's UFC 251 Main Event
As of right now, Usman is en route to Vegas, while Masvidal, who flew from South Florida to Vegas via private jet, landed earlier in the day.
Once in Las Vegas, both fighters must check in to the host hotel, take a coronavirus test and then quarantine while awaiting the results. If they pass the test, they'll be cleared to fly to Abu Dhabi, most likely Monday.
If they don't, the fight can't and won't happen.
