Hi all horse race investors need a little help. I was recently transferredto Texas and we all know no Internet wagering.
I was a twin Spires user for 20+years prior to moving. I have been using anoffshore account which is honest but I am unable to control my money in and outin a timely manor.
I have heard of people being able to trick Twin Spires but I'm not smartenough. The closest OTB is about 30 miles and with all this Covid stuff Iprefer not to go.
Anyone that can help please reach out.

Texas has OTBs?

I live in Houston and it's Sam Houston or nothing for betting horses.
They're closed Mondays & Tuesdays.

The other hard core horse players that I know went to 5Dimes.
Most will never go back to the track.

At 5Dimes they get rebates and at Sam Houston, management won't even give you a friendly smile.

You're SOL my friend. I have started the same thread twice and all suggestions hit a dead end. I called Twinspires because I still own a home in California. They said even if I tried to use that address, it is based on where you are wagering from, so it wouldn't work. Hell, I even tried to mask my location using one of those fake VPNs (was hoping I could do that with a sportsbook account in Vegas too). Both were a no-go, their technology figured it out immediately.

Be very careful using the offshore books. Usually the Exotic Wagers are limited. I found that out the hard way.
