It's an original Nike Wings ..all originals were 24 x76 and this one is 24 x76

It's in good shape but not graded...I just looked and originals are going for $500 to $250 on eBay.
I'm not sure where to start with this ...whats the best way to get this authenticated then sell?
The printing is amazing quality....got it and some weird Ken Griffey poster that's worth 50 bucks.
6 dollar for both...it was just luck I don't collect anything but dig estate sales

I want back to the same estate sale because everything was 50% off today...
They had a box of baseball cards some in sleeves with other loose in a box.. I'd spotted the cards day before but didn't want to sit a look through thousands of cards plus they wanted 3 for dollar and i don't know anything any about card values..I ended up getting the whole box for 10 dollars.. maybe 3000 cards..mostly from early and mid 80"s

It ended up having a Berry Bonds rookie (Pittsburgh) card in perfect shape and these weird graphic Donruss cards called "Diamond Kings".
I've found prices for the Bonds card that blows my mind and the Nolan Ryan and 2 Ken Griffey JR Donruss "Diamond King" cards that aren't even photos are priced ways I don't believe.
I'm sorta in disbelief. Looks like it's at least 5 grand worth on the main cards and a lot of cards in the 50 to 150 dollar range... then a level of 10 dollars cards.
Been googling cards for the past 8 hours at least.....Never buy a card over 1990-91 apparently prices drop even for the best guys cards.

I'm going to have them looked at at one of the grading companies but I'm not sure who's got the best reputation in the resale market.

Never found anything this valuable at an estate sale....Nuts.

Hate to break it to you because you seem very excited at the score and for $10 you really cant lose
But you will be lucky to realize a small percentage of what you think they are worth.

There is a gigantic disparity in price for say a 10 vs an 8 in terms of grading. No matter how good you think they look
would be shocked if you had legit 10's in the bunch

Not sure if you're looking up the prices for non-graded cards or graded cards. As one poster stated its near impossible to get gem mint 10 from PSA and even more impossible to get a gem mint 10 from Beckett. So if you're looking at prices for those grades it just isn't happening....because when the card was produced it was never a gem mint 10 in 99.99 percent of the cases.

I was looking at both graded and non...yeah..these have never been outa the sleeves it looks like.
The Bonds card is an RC..not a Tiffany card . so it has book value on that alone... The 3 cut off on the card number like a lot of Bonds cards...the color and surface look un scratched.

Either way I'm going to have a few of them checked out by PSA.

I'm ready to be disappointed but it's still been super cool finding these.

Enjoy your Sunday fellas

Highest price I can see a 1986 Topps Barry Bonds selling for recently is in the $1000 range: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Lot-of-3-B...382665?hash=item56d8cb31c9:g:NyoAAOSwD0lUjGxb

Ebay shows some buy-it-now that sold and were listed at over $5,000, but don't what the "best offer" was. Tiffany versions have sold for over $3,000.

But ungraded, it's less than $10: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1986-Topps...318914?hash=item421c75ba02:g:QZwAAOSw90pfCpi0

I troll the estate, flea, thrift circuit

me too.. this one was sorta creepy ..We live in a smallish town 10,000 people and this guy was the wrestling coach for the town.
He passed pretty recently and had a lot of stuff I liked.. it's strange thinking at some point everyones shit gets picked over.

This one was weird in that respect.

The RC cards are the ones that have worth from what I'm learning ..Tiffany cards came in the box sets and are glossy and pretty worthless.
RC 's came in the gum packs are flat not glossy and pretty rear in good condition.
The Donruss cards are straight up strange..
I'd post pics but haven't done it successfully before.

I found 2 of these that have been in sleeves..great shape

https://www.ebay.com/i/184164574925...0TMiZ-f6fdrFz3dx3HcFifCiiRzptEBkaAsEqEALw_wcB

and 1 of these also super nice

and

Looks like their are large sized versions of those cards, about 7" x 5" that can sell for a lot more. If you have the time to research, list, and sell, could do great on that $10.

Let me save you some money .

Dont waste your minimum of $20 per card to get PSA to grade your cards only for them to tell you your cards are worth less then you paid them to grade them .

You do not have any PSA mint cards in your collection.

Having them in sleeves is one of the worst things you can do to a card besides put them in a shoe box or a bicycle wheel .

I assure you that none of your cards are mint .

I don’t care how pretty you think they are they are not a 10 or even a 9.

And the price difference from a 10 to an 8 is about 99.9% less.

I know it seems neat seeing those $1000 dollar Barry Bonds rookie cards list for $1000 and you have one and think you struck it rich but sadly your Barry Bonds rookie card is probably worth $5 or less .

But if you want to learn this lesson the expensive way have at it

I do not want to come off as a dick in my previous post I’m just speaking from experience .

Even if these cards were Well kept(which they wernt ) the odds of any card being a 10 straight out the pack are more then 5000/1 .

In order for a card to be a 10 it has to be perfect .

Perfect color , perfect centering , perfect corners etc..

If the card company had a less then perfect day at the printing press when they printed the card it’s not a 10.

If the UPS driver ran over a bump when he was delivering the cards it’s not a 10.

I can’t emphasize enough just how rare a 10 grade is .

And if your card is not a 10 you just wasted your money getting the cards graded .

I can absolutely agree with everything you just said...

But I will add...if you do happen to know a card shop that has a “special relationship” with psa you can get things done...

Im not saying it’s right at all...I’m just saying it happens...

The card/collectibles business has some really really scummy people in it...

Like almost everything in life it’s all about who you know...

And sadly there is some truth to this as well .
PSA and Beckett have been caught red handed more then once for this very thing .

Joe Blow sends a card to PSA and it gets an 8

Mr Big Time collector with relationship with PSA takes Joe blows 8 , removes it from the case has PSA grade the card again not knowing they already graded this card an 8 then it all of a sudden gets a 10.

This has happened more then once

I have a Ken Griffey Jr upper deck rookie card graded an 8 and have had many people look at it in the past .
It looks absolutely perfect .

PSA gave it an 8.

That was the end of me getting cards graded .
