I will give you the details for why. commie libs have taken over. until enough conservatives take action we will sit here and let them do what they want. i wish all of you luck.

I understand the political aspect of the argument to shut down sports, etc.....but let's see how MLB, NBA & NHL turn out. All 3 start up in 10 days to two weeks.

I listen to a lot of sports talk radio, which of course are hosted by libtards 95% of the time. Most seem to think if they start, they'll do all they can to push through and finish the season barring overwhelmingly massive Covid cases. It's the start/stop they hope to avoid.

I guess we'll find out soon.

All I can say is thank God for UFC. I already liked it before Covid hit, but I've become an even bigger fan. At least I've had ONE thing to look forward to most weeks to help keep my sanity. God bless D. White and the fighters!

computer group... 100% respect. you are a great poster. think about this.

1 - NBA. some odd thing they call the bubble where guys assigned to certain "teams" will play in the same place without fans. do you think they will be motivated to play hard? you can. i just don't see it.
2 - NHL. same deal from what i hear. some bubble in canada. no fans. i see the same situation.
3 - MLB. teams going to cities to play in front of no fans. no concessions. you pay giant amounts of money for the experience. trust me i go to a game or 2 a year. is this going to be the same? will players fall asleep in the dugout out of sheer boredom?

4 - NFL. total mess. they don't even have an agreement with how to run it. now redskins are out the window.

all of this... once a player or 2 tests positive... then what? i predict they all run like cowards. game over. sorry this sucks but i gotta shed the real light on things. commie are in charge till someone does something.

My cousins are huge horse racing fans & they think the Kentucky Derby in Sept will definitely have fans in the stands........& so do I. There's a reason they didn't have it in May.......I only wager on the KD & Preakness every year, & may the Belmont, but this year is wacky.

derby is supposed to have limited fans. it should be a decent event compared to the rest of the sports world. Horse racing has done well as the only sport out there that is being played in a real environment.

Follow the money.

Too much greed to shut things down.

Besides, while Covid does indeed negatively affect a certain element of society, it's WAY overblown.

Every-little-thing...gonna be alright!

lots of nba players are low character pussies, so sure, the effort will be minimal.

but baseball will be mostly the same. Not a hockey fan so can’t speak to that, but baseball will more or less be the same quality of play.

I think baseball finishes. Some thug will be killed by police and nba will stop again or something stupid maybe.

Thank god for the UFC. But when the end of August comes and the weather turns it is gonna suck without football to watch and bet on.

Most of the professional athletes can survive for a year, obviously their owners can. But everyone who relies on them will suffer immensely

And colleges are another story. Many will suffer unimaginable financial losses they're never recover from. As will people who rely on them

All of society can fall off a cliff. People better wake up, we can't print money for ever, even those who have a fixed income and / or vote for a living will suffer the consequences. Many are just too fucking stupid to know it.

The virus cheerleaders better hope we succeed, because the poorest will suffer the most. They always do

This echos what a few of us have been saying for the last 4 months. We try my man we are just outnumbered by the volume of sheep that just do what the state tells them.

I was at the bar yesterday and a guy was talking about this. I told him our governor bought a warehouse for 7 million to store the 50,000 dead bodies he said were coming. He was shocked I had to show him the article. He said Florida is being overrun. I had to show him the county where there were only 35 cases and no deaths. And thats a crowded beach community. I was able to "woke" him a little. But there are too many like him out there.
