Been saying this would be one result of the shutdowns since the clueless policymakers started closing things down.

It will get worse across all the cities in America as people never again return to the city for their jobs.

We are in for a big city commercial and residential real estate crash. It's coming. Don't be tempted to buy anything now. You will get killed.

Our cities are about to get totally reshaped and for the life of me I can't think of one good outcome to the reshaping except for reduced rents. to the point that landlords won't be able to pay their mortgages. Then what?

Thank the clueless policymakers while they dither about coronavirus infections that people don't even know they have.
