Anyone use hemp oil or CDB oil for pain relief instead of drugs like tylenol?

"Cannabidiol or CBD is a naturally occurring component of cannabis. It is extracted from the cannabis plant and often made into an oil for use. CBD is not psychoactive, and does not produce the ‘high’ of THC (tetrahyrocannabinol), the primary psychoactive component of cannabis. CBD is legal in Canada and has been used in the treatment of various medical conditions."

I tried cbd for back pain and found it to be complete snake oil. Also was seriously expensive. I believe for certain medical conditions there probably is medical value there but for my back pain after 2 months of medication It’s as chronic as ever. I take Motrin when really unbearable.

Not if you need to pass a drug test

Says you...

Maybe a high quality full spectrum, you have a slight chance to fail, but I’ve been taking CBD and even smoking high quality CBD Flower, and have passed every single one this year (taken over 10, both at home and lab tested)...

CBD will help with mild inflammation.. not severe back pain or anything like that. High quality red vein Kratom works if you are looking for an organic. Not for everyone and the FDA and Big Pharma smash it because it does compete against them. Joe Rogan did an interesting pod cast on Kratom. I take it often for severe pain due to tick borne illness. Amazing stuff.

Thanks for your feedback, fellas.

I've been looking into pain meds, etc, for while travelling with plantar fasciitis foot pain caused by lots of walking & standing in airports, etc.

1) Ice will help if i can get some at the airport, e.g. in a food court.

2) Essential oils, e.g. peppermint, is alleged to help with pain & inflammation. These are to be diluted (e.g. in olive oil) & applied topically.

3) Lidocaine + menthol patches, gel, cream, spray: these are supposed to numb the pain quickly.

4) NSAIDS, e.g. Aleve, either ingested or applied topically, the latter alleged to be safer. Alternatives like hemp oil are considered safer than NSAIDS, though they do not appear to be effective for everyone.

I guess i'll speak with a doctor about what he recommends & how to safely use multiple methods of pain relief.

If anyone says they failed a drug test after taking cbd they are a liar. Most likely failed it for opiates or street drugs. There is not enough thc in any cbd strain to tigger a positive for thc on drug test.

Where do you get the kratom if it is illegal? There is part of the pod, haven't listened yet

Is there anything Joe isn't on?

Kratom is legal in my state and like 20 others, but it’s readily available online. It works, but overall, I personally think it’s bad news in the long run like opioids. It surely did it’s job on a close friend of mine, R.I.P...

I took every it every day for a year and half. Not crazy amounts, a few grams of white in the morning because my fatigue and head aches were so bad. I quit cold turkey and didn't have any withdrawal. Other people do. It was a saver for me. A lot of the people with chronic lyme rely on it to help get through the day. The FDA had a hard on it for a while. They would list cause of death as kratom even though the guy would have hetoin, speed in his system.

Very important to get have a good source as some places will add shit into. My stuff comes straight from the farms in Indonesia to a third party tester to make sure of no mold or salmonella.

Kratom is legal in most states. Not sure about Canada. You can find it online or at head shops. There are a few gas stations around me that sell it. If you're going to try it I would recommend finding a reputable seller online. Red vein is going to be most like opiods. You would have to take a lot to get high. It's one of the most disgusting tasting things I've ever had and makes me nauseous. I would be careful with it. It's not as addicting as opioids but like anything else it can be abused.

Avoid head shops or gas stations. Capsules are the way to go if you don't mind spending a little more. My friend started an organic company and kratom is his number one seller.

Different strains like cannabis. White is more energy, green is like a mello alertness, red is heavier for pain. They all help with pain and anxiety. Red is great for sleep.

So when shopping for CBD make sure to ask what strain was the CBD oil made from ...sativa or indica.
