District Judge Analisa Torres, Obama nominated judge in the infamous Southern District of New York, has now set the bar for November by ordering all mail-in ballots, even ones without a postmark, be counted from the June Primary as long as they were received by June 25 (2 days after the Primary deadline). They estimate 2000 ballots were "received" either magically without a postmark or after June 23

"Torres said these arbitrarily disenfranchised voters were denied free speech, equal protection and due process due under the law."

According to the New York Post:

A staggering 25 percent of mail-in ballots cast in Brooklyn for June’s primary elections were declared invalid, it was revealed on Tuesday, as Mayor Bill de Blasio called on the Board of Elections to shape up by November.
More than 120,000 absentee ballots were filed in Kings County for the June 23 primary but about 30,000 were initially disqualified — and it wasn’t the fault of the voters, according to Rodneyse Bichotte, head of the Brooklyn Democratic Party.
Bichotte — also a state assemblywoman whose district includes Flatbush, Ditmas Park and Midwood — said the disqualifying issues included a lack of postmark or late arrival.
The BOE was still untangling the mess six weeks after the primaries and was unable to provide hard citywide figures on Tuesday.

Citywide, over 80,000 ballots have been disqualified, or 21% of the total cast.

That's putting in mildly-last I checked the polling data showed it as a total ROUT for Biden!

There is no need to poll NY and CA. Trump will lose both by biblical proportions just like in 16.

and this is why Dave.... now swing states are taking this radical NYC judge's ruling and trying to make it a law

my lovely governor is pushing PA to accept all mail-in ballots regardless of if they arrive on time or have a postmark. Dems play 3D chess, GOP play Go Fish

The PA Dept of State, in its filing today, says mail ballots should be counted if they are received by Friday after Election Day (Nov. 6) and are postmarked by Election Day; have no postmark; or have illegible postmarks. Only reject them if they are postmarked after E-Day.
