Alabama football will play if the NCAA allows, UCONN cowers in fear

Do you really believe that Alabama football doesn't care about their students and administrative staff, but UCONN does?

Mike Trout is playing the MLB season, despite his wife just having a baby.

Ian Desmond opted out of the MLB season, choosing to deprive the Colorado Rockies of his -1.8 WAR he performed in 2019, his -0.4 WAR in 2018, and -1.0 WAR in 2017.

Do you really think Ian Desmond cares more about his life and his family's life than Mike Trout?

Kyle Hendricks is playing the MLB season, one of the smartest baseball players in the game, with a Dartmouth education to boot.

Mike Leake opted out of the MLB season, a player who is most known for stealing 5 shirts from a Kohl's department store and being arrested while a member of the Cincinnati Reds organization.

Do you really believe Mike Leake knows more about this virus and the risks than Kyle Hendricks?

There is a very clear and obvious positive correlation between winners and wanting to play and not let a virus destroy the American way of life, and a very clear and obvious positive correlation between losers and people who want to shut down and hide under a bed until sometime in 2021.

When you see someone preaching doom and gloom or severe lockdowns and stripping people of God-given freedoms, rest assured that they are born losers. They've been losing their whole lives, and they're praying everyone else is dragged into the abyss with them. They are Mike Leake, they are UCONN football, they are Ian Desmond. These are people that benefit from life not happening because then they fall less behind if others are dragged down with them.

Just remember that.

I refuse to take away any man's freedoms, I just don't want them to take mine away. I'm not going to complain about people opting out or staying home, although I might advise them differently in some cases, it's still their decision

As for UConn, there are several variables in play, not just the health of the athletes. If it was strictly about COVID-19, they would have canceled all fall sports and they haven't.

They already lost 4 games, and will probably would have lost at least 2 more

Just a WILD guess here. But the players at Alabama will have a MUCH larger chance eventually of making the big money in the NFL than the players at U Conn. Exceptions exist of course.

"...Rafael Nadal out due to pandemic

2019 men's champion concerned about increasing cases of COVID-19

...Nadal explained his decision in a series of tweets sent in Spanish and English on Tuesday.

<section id="inread-wrapper-id-26274651" style="font-size: 16px;"></section>"The situation is very complicated worldwide, the COVID-19 cases are increasing, it looks like we still don't have control of it," Nadal wrote.

Nadal, 34, of Spain called sitting out the tournament scheduled to begin Aug. 31 in New York "a decision I never wanted to take," but added that he would "rather not travel."

"We know that the reduced tennis calendar is barbaric this year after four months stopped with no play; I understand and thank (everyone) for the efforts they are putting in to make it happen."

The decision puts on hold Nadal's bid to equal Roger Federer's men's record for Grand Slam titles.

Most of the players opting out are people who have injuries, or are older and have been struggling in recent years. The analysis for them is obviously hoping that rest helps revive their careers, and also let's be honest, in terms of guys like Ian Desmond, the less he is on a baseball field for people to see he is worse than a replacement level player, the more likely someone is to give him money that he simply does not deserve over a full season.

You still won't see competent programs canceling their season unless they absolutely have to, in terms of college football.

Damn! When is the funeral?

What are the chances that Nadal is cowering in his mansion and not having friends over or girls or going to beaches or whatever the fuck people with $500,000,000 do for fun?

0.000001%?

Virtue signaling is fun though.

This will only affect UConn’s win total by 1 game .
Instead of winning 1 game they will win 0 games

Perhaps thousands will be influenced to follow his example. That could easily make a difference in lives saved. How much more so the actions of billions.

Over 155K dead in a mere 7 months in the tiny area on earth called USA with extreme ways in place. How many times worse would it have been if some anti-lib Rxers who acted on their "it's just like the flu" view or "it's a hoax", "it doesn't exist" were in charge? Thankfully no country on the ball did that.

700K human beings dead already. Then there's the negative long term health effects to survivors.

155,000 deaths is nothing when compared to the global economy collapsing. That'll cause hundreds of millions of deaths over decades. And make no mistake, the global economy depends entirely on the USA that you constantly bash.

Considering you want everyone with IQ's under 90 to be sterilized, does your above stated Nostradumass prophecy make you ecstatic.

If you spam one of my threads again, X-Files, with dog shit garbage memes that you have posted in no less than 100 threads already, I will see to it that every thread you have or start is spammed with gif's until they're unreadable.

One more time man.

You love Trump that much, eh?

Is your word on this as reliable as when you said you were "done" here & would ban yourself?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Boy_Who_Cried_Wolf

Seriously, i don't care what you do.

If you want to spam all day long, go for it.

My threads have already been getting spammed for months by the trolls here.

And how exactly do you think you can make a "unreadable".

Pretty simple. Putting 30 gifs on a page a couple times makes it very unlikely anyone is going to continue scrolling to find any future posts.

And no, you spam threads. You do it here. You do it everywhere. How many times have you copy pasted your exact same post and then just hit enter again on it? Thousands? That's spamming. You're a spamming troll.

Questionable, but if you want to waste your time/life on it & risk being banned, go for it.

Define "spam".

I find that many threads call for the following info because they have trolls in them, including yourself quite often:

Various ways to deal with pathologically lying forum trolls detailed in this thread:

"What's the correct response to forum trolls":

http://www.therxforum.com/showthread.php?t=1142443

1) Ignore them
2) Put them on the Rx ignore function so you don't even see their posts
3) Report to mods using the "report" button in their posts
4) See url above for other ways to address trolls

Please get back on your meds or seek Rx help.

So it is perfectly justifiable, appropriate & useful to the forum readers. Not what i'd call "spam".

Okay, spammer.

And I doubt I'll get banned for spamming, since you are never banned for spamming and you spam every day.
