No matter how well/badly Biden and for that matter Trump does in any debate(s), it is not going to change the results of what is as stake her, namely the
results of the Election.
After 3 1/2 years of seeing and hearing Trump in action and especially how poorly he has handled the Virus, the die has been cast on Trump, and it is far from
favorable.
The debate or debates MIGHT but not necessarily make the final tally a little closer, but are still going to result in being rejected by
the American Public and booted out of office, which is the bottom line and ultimately what counts!

I think Biden needs a face to face debate.
prep him well and let him look like a BOSS.
let the moderator be a “Biden friendly” moderater
if that happens, then cancel the other 2 debates in fear of COVID
that way, Biden looks competent and doesn’t have to go back for rounds 2 and 3

I feel pretty confident that Biden is going to at least hold his own in the first debate, which will be the most important one assuming
that there will be others.
In order to move the needle singficantly, in the debate Trump is going to have to overcome all of the negativity already surrounding him
and to make Biden look like a complete fool.
Imo the odds of either or both of those things happening are quite remote.
He may make a few gaffes during the debate, but he can still answer questions and is quite experienced in this regard.
Also lets face it-Trump didn't exactly bring the house down with his interviews with Chris Wallace or Axios.
My prediction is that when everything is considered and the dust setlles,, Biden will at least hold serve, wich is all that he really needs to do, unless
something really dramatic occurs between now and the first debate.
Also imo what will be in the neighborhood of around 200,000 deaths or more due to the Virus is going to weigh a LOT more in voter's minds
than who "wins" any debate!
