Is it back?

Is it 50%?

Is it still impossible to get a table in a sports book?

Anyone who can get me a VIP table at Westgate? :)

Or nobody here has been there, or the few people who have didn't respond, or maybe you're right

I do see some Las Vegas casino/sport-racebooks having information on their websites

Hopefully that gives you something

seems like you would be better off watching it in your room without a mask on for better enjoyment

Don't get too caught up with Captain Morgan. He's all about spreading as much negativity that he can about Vegas in hopes of getting some bargain condo, which to his dismay ain't happening.

I've been to Vegas 3x since they reopened but it was unfortunately before the start of the season (last trip was the Mon-Thurs right before opening weekend). I can tell you that the books that I saw were at capacity for the NBA games. Regardless of the capacity limits, most casinos never have enough seats to accommodate the crowds for sports and that's intentional (they would rather you be somewhat uncomfortable so you head back to the tables). When the Circa sportsbook opens, that will be one venue that can accommodate the crowds. I'm back in December, but you will surely have an answer by that time (otherwise I will update you).

Not me :)

And if you have a table / booth, do you have to wear a mask when you're at your table?

I've been to Mohegan Sun in June and Turning Stone in August and still had a blast while wearing a mask. Of course, I'd rather not

I'm sure there would be mixed feelings on whether viewing these games in a book with a mask on. Especially with a long day such as a weekend full football card.
If you asked your question about a football weekend vibe in normal years , you would have had several responses after two weeks .." Captain Morgan " probably gave you a accurate assessment of things. A few underlying factors can lead to a short accurate post.. Probably more accurate than a couple of summer excursions to view a different type of " crowd " investing their stimulous checks for a once in a lifetime Vegas excursion , to watch NBA games. Pretty much what I viewed on my two trips this summer.

Doubt you're waiting til Dec for an answer to your question

I spent most of my sports book time at South Point and masks were required. Obviously that's waived if eating or drinking and it may have changed since this thread was created.

Masks might not be the issue confronting Vegas these days... Violence seems to be on the uptick..

South Point valet incident yesterday.

At the scene, Lt. Spencer said about 4:30 p.m., security was alerted of a man walking outside the casino near the valet with a gun in his hand.
The suspect walked outside the valet and fired one round into the air. He then walked into a parking lot, waving the gun around. Lt. Spencer said it appeared he was trying to clear a malfunction with his gun.

Any reason given as to why? Maybe just natural crime/economy increase.

Place was always filled with a decent amount of unsavory characters and bad hombres.
