I would be somewhat relieved is he is just knowingly lying.
On the other hand, if he really believes what he is saying, then well God help him and more importantly, we the people if his obvious delusions result
in some kind of negative action which could affect us either individually and/or the ENTIRE COUNTY AND POSSIBLY THE WORLD!!
