FYI ENERGY TRANSFER (ET) is a stock that is trading under 5.50 and yet gives a dividend of $1.22 annually which is over 22% at the current price. Remember it takes a few days to settle. Buy it in late October.
On a weekly basis I like to create my own vertical put spreads but only on stocks I want to own or due own
ZILLOW GROUP ZG is a great stock that has continually grown. Giving the current housing needs and new construction, I don't see it coming back down any time soon. rather than use a vertical put spread where you pay the high price and collect the low price, I prefer too create my own.
I am selling the oct 16 95 puts @ .85 and buying the 90 put for .35 creating a .50 credit spread =$50 per option I am tying up $10000 per option to do so on a stock currently sitting @ $108.
I am also buying $500 shares of Sand . Sand is a gold royalty stock currently trading around $8.50. I will than sell the Nov $10 call earning$20 per option or $100 for $5 if gold takes off the stock could go over $10 but you profit will be limited to $10 or a $1.50 profit + .20 =$1.70 on an $8.50 stock or $20%
