We will make a deal with you. It is our intent to file a lawsuit against the RX Forum and InvestwithSports.com. Our lawyers are in the process of doing their discovery work which to be honest, is almost completed.
Lawsuits get messy for everyone and it costs all involved a fair amount of money. We have our lawyers on retainer and have the money to fight this through until the end however, if you put Paul Leiner and our website on the do not post list along with posting a message on your account to not post Paul's plays any longer, we will consider dropping the pending lawsuit and we will not sue you personally.
We are not bad people here but we do need to protect our business interests along with that of our handicappers, especially Paul's
So if you put Paul on the do not post list and tell others not to post his plays, you have my word, and I'm putting it in this email, that we will not mention you, your name or your likeness in any lawsuit we decide to go forward with, if we decide to go forward at all

Those guys on the forums are not your friends. They just want the plays for free.
We personally do not want to sue a young kid but if you don't believe me, I will have our Lawyers contact you so they can make you aware of just how serious we are at moving forward.
This is not a scare tactic at all. We are simply stating we want his plays off the forums and if they're not we intend to go after everyone.

With this message, we are telling people not to post. We are giving a legal warning. When this is ignored, it opens everything up. You got the plays from someone who saw this message, and then posted the plays. That makes a lawsuit very, very easy.
And look, to be fair, it doesn't mean we will win... but we have the money to carry it out in cout and the people who we involve will have to pay to defend themselves and go through all the headaches.
