What are you guys thinking?

The captain obvious in me says Fins and/or Vikings. The Jets are horrible and the Falcons have made it public that they are cleaning house. Many teams play better and win after getting rid of a coach who has lost the locker room (Houston last week) but will that hold true with the winless Falcons? And the Dolphins are looking good and the Jets.... are looking like hands-down the worst team in the league. Both the Falcons and the jets look like they are prime contenders in the Trevor Lawrence sweepstakes....

A few minutes ago I read a report about a Covid outbreak at the Falcons facility so that option might not be on the table....

Other big favorites are the Ravens, Colts and the Patriots. Personally Philip Rivers tends to screw me when I bet on or against him and the Bungles only managed a FG against the Ravens last week so they should put forth a good effort. And the Ravens look more like sure winners than the Pats to me.... both NE and Denver coming off a bye....

Thoughts about the Lions coming off a bye going down to Jax? Seems like that might be a decent under the radar play.

Its a good question Stander - I am alive in 2 loser and 1 survivor pool I have been breaking up my loser picks each week but I may to take the same team this week.

I think there will be a few public team upsets this week based on week 6 history.

I was leaning Denver as a loser ...I dont like the Jets Miami match up seems too easy to pick the dolphins

I have already used the Eagles as loser but that game is interesting B/c for Balty is in a bad spot -7.5 I had them as DD favs on my PR ...so that looks like a teaser buster, This is a NON conf road game, teh Ravens have the Steelers on Deck next week and you have a home dog with a good defense. The Chiefs already showed us how to beat Balt, make them pass dependent and keep Lamar contained I think the eagles can do it they have a top 10 Rush defense

I heard yesterday Cam Newton was supposed to practice today and start Sunday.

Good point about the Iggle run D. As always with the birds games, have to check Sunday and see if Lane Johnson is playing. Carson Wents has some kind of performance anxiety when he's not on the field...

Lions center Frank Ragnow didn't practice today but from what Patricia said "it was something that just popped up yesterday" it sounds like he should be ok to play.

Denver - Don't like QBs back off injuries their first week. Lock will likely play on Sunday. RB Melvin Gordon DUI Tuesday, we should find out tonight or tomorrow if he is playing Sunday. NE sounding better and better....

I do not like the Dolphins this week for most pools. 47%+ popularity. I understand they have zero FV. Negative EV.
Indy is an excellent option if you have them available. Minnesota would be good under radar selection. I would save Baltimore. New England (which I don’t have) I would support.
I am using Indy. My path so far this year: NE ARIZ CLE LAR HOU IND.

Well aware, thanks. I logged into Pinny at 8:07 AM, saw game was off board. Told my son immediately "Colts better not have Covid." Logged onto ESPN and saw report just in at 8:08 AM. And yelled a big expletive. But game will be played. Crazy year with the schedule changes. The best laid survivor pool plans... smh.
