FanDuel Sportsbook Review.

After depositing, I test drove this site for the weekend and was surprised how terrible the experience was. Now I’m in Illinois and mabey some other states have different features. I got suckered in to depositing because every commercial on the radio is about free sign up and bonuses etc, I figured site would be equal or better than offshore.

1) lacks customer service, I was 22 deep online chat, hey less fucking commercials hire some college interns

2** no multi team parlays, just your same game fantasy bullshit and over unders, exotic in game shit, come on Vegas style,idiots

3) cannot customize or edit site to fit your iPad , phone was awkward, desktop experience was ok.

4) hey I like game bet cash out option if u get nervous on any team coming back you get a limited payout but cool feature.

overall D, cashing out too annoying , any one else agree?

The parlays could be a state rule, odd. The Blue Chip Casino in Mich City uses FD also, have had no problems there.

Love it, although I've only used it on my laptop. I'm in Illinois too and you can pretty much bet any parlay you want, I think you just need to play around with the site a little more. Customer service does suck though and it took me a little bit of time to figure out how to get it to recognize my location with their download.

Not sure on the SB, as i live in a city that doesn't allow it. But the Fantasy side payouts like clock work. Make a withdrawal and the next day at around 3:30pm the money will be waiting for you to approve to your PP.

What do you mean no multi team parlays?

I'm in Pa, so maybe it's different, I don't know, but FD has more options than offshore books have. If your state has Draft King's online book, add them, imo, they're just as good, if not better than Fan Duel.

Never had a problem with neither book, they have all kinds of props, multi team parlays up to 12 teams, etc.......

Yes the customer service can be very slow on game day, so if you have any questions, ask them on days football isn't playing.

just wanted to do a 4 team parlay bears, tb, Sf, Tenn, only teasers and same game parlay combos, was frustrated , dicked around on site for hours trying to see house rules Illinois, difficult to maneuver. what’s funny is they are running multi million dollar ads hourly on every radio station and tv station and podcast and they have robots running chat lines , customer service may help them.

Not a big fan of FanDuel.

Draftkings is much better.

Betrivers is better as well, IMO. Faster payouts, easier deposits in my experience.

William Hill is struggling to get their shit together in Illinois.

My friend uses Fan Duel in PA I believe and can do NFL parlays

Ok apologize FanDuel I’m a fandumass I think, just they should make it easier. You just highlight as many teams as you want activates the parlay, did not see a special tab for parlays got freaked took me 3 days, sorry all , still have not heard anything back from FD per online chat or email been 48 hrs great service.

Nah dude - I think it happens to everyone at some point with something like this. It may seem intuitive once you figure it out but sometimes things don't click at first.

Pretty bad on the customer service
