Honest Question if Trump Loses

Lately Trump has been saying if loses, he won't be back and even said he would leave the U.S. if he loses.

What if he does lose, and what if he does leave the United States afterward?

I personally doubt that US Intelligence Agencies would allow him to leave given what he knows from being President. I have to imagine it's a security risk that they wouldn't allow to happen.
