I think they pretty much banned it because of injuries
Crazy shit
Stick to the wall and the flood drops

I think later on they changed it to a spaceship where you stick to the wall but the floor doesn't drop and the wall was cushioned
I can still hear the sound of heavy metal blasting at eardrum rattling sounds as you stick to the wall

I guess there are modern day versions of The Devils Hole

I went on the Devils Hole at Fantasy Island in Buffalo. But I would guess it wasn't too different

Used to have something similar at the local fairs called the Gravitron. Was a spaceship type looking thing. Same concept.

Was called the Oaken Bucket here...Terrified/sick afterward here in 76' when riding...HaHa...Closed it down in 87'...
