Decent card with some good fights, but not really PPV worthy imo. Even though there is 2 title matches, the challengers just don't stack up.

    randoms...

    • Deiveson Figueiredo -260 & ITD -165 ...Perez is very hittable and is usually willing to engage in a brawl on the feet before taking it to the ground. Versus the majority of the FW division, Perez has the power to switch their lights out, but vs Figgy, it's likely good night sweet prince. While Perez’s wrestling could frustrate Figueiredo, it is unlikely there will be many scrambles, as Figgy's thumping power will dictate the course of the fight...most likely KO 2nd or 3rd
    • Valentina Shevchenko ITD -165 ...Maia is an incredibly durable fighter, but she is utterly outmatched in this spot. Sloppy, one-note striking, methodical grappling, and a clear speed disadvantage, Shev will dominate this start to finish and Maia will be glad when the ref stops the beating.
    • Cynthia Calvillo by decision -130 ...both women are fairly equal in terms of their stand-up, with Calvillo edging the power and Chookagian possessing far superior boxing defence. On the mat, however, Calvillo has a distinct advantage and should be pushing to get on top as soon as possible. Both ladies are durable, and will make this a long night for each other, and the viewers...lol. The over seems easy enough but I refuse to lay 350 on a total
    • Paul Craig -170 ...Craig is the fresher fighter, but his game planning is pretty abysmal. If he doesn’t make the same mistake of pouring everything into knocking out Shogun in the 1st round, he should be able to out-work Shogun, who fought at a snails pace against Little Nog and most likely win on the cards
    • Brandon Royval by sub +325 ...Moreno is cocky and to prone to mistakes to believe he won’t fall into a submission. On the feet, Moreno could edge this with his new and improved jab. Unfortunately, Moreno’s desire to take opponents down and grind them out will be his undoing. Royval has the cajones to take the fight to Moreno and force the fight down into his realm on the mat.
    • Joaquin Buckley ITD -170 / 1st Round +145 ...Wright’s erratic striking and power may be able to cause a quick upset, but Buckley is the far more polished power striker. Wright won’t find the same success in the clinch against Buckley, as he did Villanueva, and will eventually be caught by one of Buckley’s bombs. The difference in the level of competetion is crazy...if you can believe it, one of Wright's wins was vs a fighter 0-21!
    • Daniel Rodriquez -300 and maybe ITD ...Rodriguez’s power will enhance further as he tightens up his fundamentals. Dalby is prone to putting himself into terrible positions and allowing himself to be dropped. Against Rodriguez, this is not a good scenario
    • Louis Cosce in 1st round -105 ...Nightmare match-up for Palatnikov. With no real grappling chops, Palatnikov will be forced to duel on the feet against a man who has nuclear bombs for hands. Should be a quick night for Louis

Last night - [8-26 -38.73] Including the parlay I hit

Miserable night where most everything went wrong, but excuses are lame...so all you can do is move on.

FWIW, I fell behind early and chased(playing more than I should). It's human nature, but not the smart way to gamble. By far this was the most plays on a single UFC card as well as the most units down. :/

    My recent record(s)

    • 11/21 - UFC 255 [8-26 -38.73u]
    • 11/14 - ESPN+ 41 [10-7-1 +8.3u]
