I think this was Snyder’s passive aggressive way of saying FU to the PC mob. He never wanted to change the mascot. But was all but finally forced to.

Said screw it. I’m not changing the mascot. And he hasn’t yet. They just don’t have one.

As a former die hard " REDSKINS " fan it was nice to see them beat the cowboys on thanksgiving . But when Snyder caved to the p.c. crowd that was it for me , fuck dan snyder ... got a hold of the redskins organization & some guy in the front office gave me the #number to Snyder's office so I called & left a scathing message ( don't know if it went to him personally or his secretary or if he even heard my message - if his secretary got it I'm sure he didn't get it ) left him my number & asked him to call me back personally ... never heard from his punk ass .
