Of course games are fixed you just have to hope you are on the winning end of the fix. Refs control absolutely everything. In football there is holding on EVERY play. In hoops certain refs hate certain players (Hotdogs) and will get them in foul trouble very early and take them out of the game. In baseball umps behind the plate call certain games for certain pitchers differently then they do others. College sports well you have campus bookies who have students friends with the players who bet. I doubt every game is fixed but many are!
