I don’t love laying this many points, but this is a good spot for Denver. They catch Detroit playing their third game in four nights. Denver is not an easy place to play and I think this one will get away from Detroit in the second half.

I felt uneasy laying double digits in both games, but the run continues. 9-1 in my last 10. I still have a lot of work to do to get back to even. At least I have cut the deficit in half to this point. There are two plays I am looking at tomorrow. I will update once I know who is active/inactive.

Pelicans are playing their third game in four nights. They are shorthanded in the backcourt as they will be missing Ball, Hart and Alexander-Walker. I expect Fox and Hield to have strong games for Sacramento and I think we see the fresher legs factor in as the game gets into the later stages. Despite how poorly Sacramento has played this year, they are only two games back of New Orleans. I feel like the casual bettor looks at this game and thinks the Pelicans are the much better team based on them having Zion and Ingram. And because most people dismiss the Kings in general. They have lost six in a row, yet they are only two point underdogs. I think they have a real shot to put one in the win column.

I made a mistake when I posted this morning. My first play was supposed to be Lakers +2, not Hornets -2. I will add the Lakers ML to my card for tracking purposes and just eat the juice on whichever play loses. I bet the Lakers +2 if anyone is tailing me and hasn't bet this game yet.
