Yes, but even better is a couple of rants when he went off on a tirade with reporters after a game. Not as good as number one all time Lee Elia but still top ten. i don't know how to post videos but if someone could they are great. One i remember is question about what do you think of Dave Kingmans performance today after he hit three home runs against the Dodgers.

He was with the Dodgers organization for 71 years and married for 70 years. A very good life doing something he loved doing. Any of us should be so lucky.

Last time I saw Lasorda was at a spring training game like 3-4 years ago at Camelback Ranch.

He was in full uniform. Mingled with the fans. Sat in the dugout with the team during the game. Was awesome to see that.

No Bullshit .. we changed the channel with this large dial that looked an old rotary phone ..

from the TV .. some had the dial on the tv literally 13 channels and one of them I recall so often was UHF ..

my cousin in New Jersey had cable and ESPN before us , I still remember the day he explained to me mlb highlights on ESPN then
" take me on a sea " Cruz when we got it and to hear Berman doing it and the firs thing I recall was being amazed at the sportscaster highlights and Berman saying Jose " take me on a sea " Cruz and I was like huh
